Kevin Chen, 24, of Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland, United States is 5’10” tall. His registered weight is 150 pounds.
Chen is considered critically missing, according to the Salisbury Police Department. At around 8:11 a.m. on July 7, 2023, he was seen walking southbound on the railroad tracks adjacent to U.S. Route 13 near Old Eden Road in Eden, Somerset County, Maryland.
That was the last time Chen was seen. He was wearing a dark button up shirt over a greyish shirt, light blue jeans and grey tennis shoes.
In May 2016, Chen joined Indian Head Care Pharmacy in Indian Head, Charles County, Maryland as a cashier. From August 2018 to August 2019, he was an accounting tutor at the College of Southern Maryland in La Plata, Charles County.
In 2020, Chen entered Salisbury University in Salisbury to pursue a bachelor’s degree in accounting. He regularly attends Asbury United Methodist Church in Salisbury where he is a choir member.
