Tanya Jackson, 11, of Waxahachie, Ellis County, Texas, United States went missing on June 17, 2023. She was initially reported as a runaway.
On July 15, 2023, Jackson was found safe. She is no longer on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children website.
Recently, an underage girl encountered Lamorris Hudspeth, 47, of Dallas, Texas at a hotel in Dallas. He allegedly told her that if she wanted to stay inside his room, she had to have sex with him.
Adarius Darnell Staples, 33, of Dallas stayed in the room next to Hudspeth’s room at the hotel. Both men are accused of sexually assaulting and trafficking the girl at the hotel.
In early July 2023, the girl left the hotel and ran into Gershon “Shon” Caston, 38, of Dallas at a gas station. He told her he was a teacher before allegedly sexually assaulting her multiple times and giving her drugs and alcohol.
Eventually, Caston allegedly forced the girl to engage in commercial sex. Amber Gords, 30, of Dallas is accused of taking photos of the girl to create commercial sex advertisements.
On July 20, 2023, Hudspeth, Staples, Caston and Gords were arrested. Staples and Caston were each charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, trafficking of a child and compelling prostitution under 18.
Gords was charged with compelling prostitution under 18, trafficking of a child, drug possession, unlawful carrying of a weapon and prostitution. She is being held on five bonds totaling $5,600.
Hudspeth was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child. His bond was set at $250,000 while Caston’s total bond was set at $450,000.
