Nikola Jokić is a Serbian professional basketball player nicknamed the Joker. He was born in Sombor, West Bačka, Bačka, Vojvodina, Serbia.

Jokić’s older brothers Strahinja Jokić and Nemanja Jokić are also basketball players. Their father was an agricultural engineer.
