Joselito Martinez Gonzalez, 34, and Tanya Wurster, 30, are a couple from Marion County, Florida, United States. They have a minor child together.
Martinez and Wurtster are former residents of Orlando, Orange County, Florida. While living there, they were accused of being involved in an unemployment benefit scam orchestrated by former Department of Economic Opportunity employee Sharon Echeverri, now 33, and her husband Alberto Echeverri, now 34.


Sharon and Alberto were accused of filing hundreds of fraudulent claims for re-employment assistance and forwarded the funds to 22 identified bank accounts under their control. Approximately $190,000 was stolen in the scheme, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
On January 9, 2016, the FDLE arrested Martinez and Wurster. Both for conspiracy to commit organized fraud $50,000 or more, he spent three years in prison and she spent one year and six months in prison.
From 2019 to 2021, Martinez and Wurster allegedly trafficked at least three women throughout Florida. The couple allegedly would bond the women out of jail, provide them a place to stay and advertise them online to customers.
The women were allegedly forced to perform sexual acts with customers as payment for being bonded out of jail. Martinez and Wurster’s minor child was allegedly often present in their residence while the commercial sex dates were occurring there.
Martinez and Wurster allegedly took all proceeds from the activity and earned as much as $300,000. To keep the victims under control, the couple allegedly employed drugs, threats of violence and humiliating acts such as shaving the victims’ heads.
On July 19, 2023, Martinez and Wurster were arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail in Orlando. He was charged with three counts of human trafficking while she was charged with three counts of deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution.
On July 21, 2023, Martinez made his first appearance in court. He was given a bond total of $45,000.
