“will.i.am” William James Adams Jr., 48, and Britney Jean Spears, 41, now have three collaboration songs. He wrote the first one titled “Big Fat Bass“, which was recorded at Ethernet Studios in Los Angeles, California, United States and The Record Plant in Hollywood, California.
“Big Fat Bass” is one of the songs in Spears’ seventh studio album “Femme Fatale“, which was released on March 25, 2011. Her second collaboration song with will.i.am titled “Scream & Shout” was released on November 20, 2012.
“Scream & Shout” was the first ever number one song on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Songs chart. It is one of the songs in “#willpower“, his fourth studio album as a solo artist.
will.i.am co-wrote “Scream & Shout” with Jean-Baptiste Kouame, Tulisa Contostavlos and Jef Martens. The song was recorded at The Record Plant and The Blue Room in Hoogstraten, Belgium.
On November 29, 2013, RCA Records released Spears’ 11th studio album titled “Britney Jean“. will.i.am was one of the producers of the album.
On May 5, 2023, will.i.am’s song “The Formula” featuring “Lil Wayne” Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., 40, was released. It is the debut track of the partnership between will.i.am and Formula 1.
On July 21, 2023, Spears and will.i.am released their third collaboration song titled “Mind Your Business“. Set against an enigmatic and captivating beat, he exudes charisma and confidence with his captivating vocals while her unmatched attitude and energy elevate the song to new heights.
“Mind Your Business” was co-produced by will.i.am and Johnny Goldstein. They co-wrote the song with Spears and Anthony Preston.
