In March 2022, he treated the girl he allegedly molested in February 2018 at the ChiroSport clinic in Hartford and allegedly used her fingers to penetrate her over the course of five appointments. Between April 19, 2022 and February 26, 2023, he allegedly had sex with her more than 100 times during appointments at the clinic and twice at his home in Hartford when his wife was gone.
11. On July 22, 2023, the girl he allegedly sexually assaulted from 2021 to 2023 reported to the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office that she had been raped by him multiple times. At around 5:30 p.m. on July 24, 2023, he was arrested, booked into the Minnehaha County Jail in Sioux Falls and charged with rape of a child between 13 and 16 years of age and seven counts of sexual contact with a child by a person of authority.
12. On July 25, 2023, he appeared at the Minnehaha County Courthouse in Sioux Falls. The judge set his bond at $250,000 cash only.
13. He was 31 years old when the Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office announced on July 27, 2023 that the charges against him have been amended. The rape charge was removed and he is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, two counts of possession of child pornography and seven counts of sexual contact with a child under 18 by a person in a position of authority. He will appear in court again on August 8, 2023.
