Earlyca Makeba Frederick is a Saint Lucian teacher and beauty queen born and raised in Morne Sion, Choisuel, Saint Lucia. As a health and fitness enthusiast, Frederick believes in the importance of epitomizing strong values and having a deep appreciation for family, culture and nature.
Being a country girl is one thing that Frederick prides herself on. She enjoys the company of children and community folks.
Frederick grew up in a beauty pageant family. She attended Choiseul Secondary School in La Fargue, Choiseul, Delcer R.C. Combined School in Delcer, Choiseul and Vieux Fort Comprehensive Secondary School (VFCSS) in Vieux Fort, St. Lucia.

- On July 31, 2023, she represented Choisuel at Miss Universe St. Lucia 2023 and competed against two other finalists at the Sandals Grande St. Lucian in Pigeon Island, Gros Islet. She won the title.
- She was 25 years old when she represented St. Lucia at Miss Universe 2023 on November 18, 2023 and competed against 83 other candidates at the José Adolfo Pineda Arena in San Salvador, El Salvador. She was unplaced.
