Nikolas Antonios Pandis, 40, of Hot Springs, Garand County, Arkansas, United States has lived in different parts of Rhode Island, USA including Coventry and West Warwick. Aside from Hot Springs, he has lived in other parts of Arkansas including Pearcy.
At around 9:45 a.m. on July 26, 2023, Pandis was arrested at his residence in Hot Springs. It was a result of an investigation by the Special Investigations Division Cyber Crimes Unit of Arkansas attorney general Tim Griffin‘s office in conjunction with the Hot Springs Police Department.
Agents and police officers executed a search warrant at the residence. Lucy, an electronic detection K-9 officer of Griffin’s office, and her handler special agent Amber Kalmer, participated in the bust.
Several electronic devices and storage devices were found in Pandis’s bedroom, some of which contained more than 3,000 videos and photos of sexually explicit conduct involving children. When interviewed, he admitted he downloaded the videos and photos.
Pands was charged with 30 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Each count is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Bond for Pandis was set at $105, 000. He was booked into the Garland County Jail in Hot Springs.
On August 22, 2023, Pandis will appear in Garland County District Court. He lists no prior felony history.
