Jeffrey Malcolm Ferguson is an American judge from Anaheim Hills, Anaheim, Orange County, California, United States. He was 7 years older than his wife Sheryl Ferguson.
Raised in the U.S. Navy, Jeffrey has travelled to different countries with his parents including China, Japan and the Philippines. His father Albert Ferguson served aboard the USS Indianapolis during World War 2 and served aboard a destroyer during the Korean War.
Albert retired in the 1960s. Jeffrey worked as the IMAGERY Advertising and Creative Services creative director from the 1970s to the 1980s.
Jeffrey went to Western High School in Parma, Michigan, USA. His son Phillip Ferguson went to Servite High School in Anaheim.

- At 2:58 p.m. on August 3, 2023, he shared a Facebook photo of Sheryl, which he posted on August 3, 2013. At around 8:00 p.m. on August 3, 2023, he allegedly fatally shot her in their residence in Anaheim Hills. Phillip was inside the residence and was not injured.
