Loiczly is Joseph Salman and Jason Salman‘s sister. Their mother is Richard A. Miranda Sr. and Donna Romito Miranda Pastella‘s daughter and Anthony Pastella‘s stepdaughter.

BIOGRAPHY

Laylah is the only member of her company VVV Global Ent. She is also a former cheerleading coach.

  1. In 2003, she gave birth to Maliyah Lorenzo Loiczly.
  2. In 2008, while married to Figueroa, she was the manager of the Slender You figure shaping spa in Chardon, Ohio, USA and was part of a Playboy golf tournament in San Diego, California, USA.
  3. In 2009, she graced the cover of the Playboy franchise magazine Royal in India under the name Laylah Figueroa and was a ring girl at a boxing match at the Chevrolet Centre in Youngstown, Ohio.
  4. In 2011, she worked for the sports show “Cavaliers Gab” as a reporter on the Cleveland Cavaliers.
  5. In 2014, she, Thomas and their six children moved to Russell Township.
  6. In 2018, parents of the Geauga Lions cheerleaders who she coached in Chardon asked for her removal.
  7. In 2019, she launched her fashion line Laylah Rose to market what she called “beautiful and flattering designs for women of all shapes and sizes”.
  8. In 2020, she and Thomas bought a house in Sarasota.

  12. After enlisting pageant industry consultant Thom Brodeur‘s help in 2022 to draft a proposal to buy the Miss USA franchise, she met Anne Jakrajutatip in 2023 in Thailand where she secured the franchise.
  13. In 2025, she lost the Miss USA franchise to Brodeur and was sued by Jakrajutatip’s company JKN Universe.

  • In March 2020, C. Carol Hood and Laverne Brown sold their house in Sarasota to her and Thomas for $2.35 million. 
  • On December 5, 2020, her daughter Viola won World’s Top Model 2021 in Orlando, Florida.
  • She and Holly Lynch founded VIP Pageantry, which was incorporated in Florida on November 12, 2020.
  • On January 23, 2021, her company VIP Pageantry announced a broadcast agreement with the Subcat Studio, which is based in Syracuse, New York, USA.
  • In April 2021, she was crowned Ms. Achievement America 2021.
  • On July 17, 2021, she competed for the Ms. Achievement World 2022 title. She was runner-up to Stayc Simpson.
  • On September 29, 2021, she served as a judge at Miss Universe Iceland 2021 at Gamla Bio in Reykjavík, Iceland.
  • On September 10, 2022, she presented the VIP My Legacy Award to Fadil Berisha at the VIP Red Carpet charity gala at the Marriot Marquis in New York City. The event was hosted by YouTube star Dani Walker and Miss Earth 2020 Lindsey Coffey and attended by Mister Supranational 2022 Luis Daniel Galvez.
  • On July 28, 2023, JKN Universe entered into an agreement with her company VVV Global Ent to manage Miss USA and Miss Teen USA.

  • Under her directorship, Miss USA 2023 Noelia Voigt and Miss Teen USA 2023 UmaSofia Srivastava resigned on May 6, 2024 and on May 8, 2024, respectively.
  • Her grandmother Tarsela Adelcia Cecchini turned 88 on February 8, 2024 and died at Transitions Healthcare in Washington, Pennsylvania, USA on March 20, 2024.

  • On October 3, 2025, JKN Universe filed a lawsuit in New York against her company VVV Global Ent for its failure to pay the $100,000 salary of Miss USA 2024 Alma Cooper and the promised scholarship money to Srivastava and Miss Teen USA 2024 Addie Carver.
