Myrna Rae Hansen is an American actor, model and beauty queen. She is the second Miss USA.

Born in Chicago, Illinois, United States, Hansen attended Carl Schurz High School in Chicago. She represented the U.S. in Miss Universe.

Hansen is of German and Danish descent. Her father Raymond E. Hansen served as the line extension manager of Lions Clubs International.

From 1953 to 1973, Myrna starred in 18 films. From 1955 to 1971, she appeared in eight television shows.
