The 2023 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally started in Sturgis, Meade County, South Dakota, United States on August 4, 2023 and will end on August 13, 2023. It is the 83rd edition of the largest annual motorcycle rally in the world.
From August 4-10, 2023, a joint operation to combat sex trafficking during the 2023 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally was conducted by the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation and the South Dakota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. The Pennington County Sheriff’s Office, the Rapid City Police Department, the U.S. Homeland Security Investigations and the Ellsworth Air Force Base Office of Special Investigations also assisted in the operation.
A total of five male South Dakota residents were arrested. Here is the list:

All charges are currently accusations. Assistant U.S. attorneys Sarah B. Collins and Heather Knox are federally prosecuting the cases.
If convicted, Barrios, Dreamer, Fast Horse and Wilson all face a minimum of 10 years up to life in federal prison. If convicted, Chief faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in federal prison with a maximum of 30 years.
This is not the first time Dream was arrested. In September 2019, he was accused of rape, possession of controlled drug or substance, impersonation to deceive law enforcement, petty theft and speeding on interstate.
