The Miss Grand United States 2023 coronation ceremony will be held at the Copernicus Center in Chicago, Illinois, United States on August 17, 2023. It is the sixth edition of the national beauty pageant that selects the Miss Grand International candidate of the U.S.
Emily DeMure of Colorado was crowned Miss Grand USA 2022 at the Copernicus Center in Chicago on June 23, 2022. Mercia Stephens of Ohio and Brooke Butler of Kansas were the respective first and second runners-up.
Currently, the U.S. has four Miss Grand International placements including the coronation of Abena Appiah in 2020. Representing the country in the international beauty pageant, Blair Griffith and Laurie Petersen finished in the Top 20 in 2013 and 2015, respectively, and Michelle León was fourth runner-up in 2016.
