British-Filipino actor and singer Yassi Pressman, 28, and Filipino-Canadian entrepreneur and basketball player Jonathan “Jon” Semira, 36, are no longer in a relationship. She recently shared with her fans and the public that she has been single for some time already.
During this time, Pressman is asking for understanding and respect from the public as she navigates through this healing phase. She is grateful for the support she has received and is eagerly anticipating the moment when she can share her newfound experiences with her fans.
Pressman has hoped to keep this matter private but given the public’s interest, she has decided to set the record straight by opening up about her emotional healing. On August 16, 2023, she and Semira released a joint statement confirming their breakup.
Through social media, Pressman has been slowly opening herself up to share more of her healing journey with her fans. She has been actively immersing herself in new experiences, meeting new people and venturing into uncharted territories and is relishing in the adventure and growth that these new encounters have brought into her life so far.

On July 21, 2023, Pressman was at the VIP lounge of “Here Lies Love” at the Broadway Theatre in the Theater District of Midtown Manhattan in New York City, New York, USA. Also present was Filipino-American actor Liza Soberano, 25.

He joined Optimiris in Singapore as the chief operating officer in January 2022 and co-founded Creative Culture in Manla in December 2022.
Born in Hong Kong to a British father named Ronald Pressman and a Filipino mother named Belcy Dalloran Yasto, Yassi started appearing in television commercials in 2001. From 2016 to 2021, she played Alyana Arevalo-Dalisay in “FPJ’s Ang Probinsiyano“ opposite Coco Martin as Cardo Dalisay.

She is taking this time to focus on herself, heal from the emotional strain of the breakup and fully immerse herself in the enriching experiences life has to offer.
“Life is a journey of self-discovery and growth, and I’m embracing this new chapter with excitement and optimism,” Yassi shared. “I believe in the power of healing and self-care and I’m using this time to explore who I am as an individual.”
Using life’s challenges as stepping stones to personal development, Yassi remains a shining example of resilience and strength. Her journey is a testament to the fact that adversity can be transformed into opportunities for growth and transformation.
