Patrick William Nalley was an athlete when he studied marketing at the University of Kentucky in Lexington,  Fayette County, Kentucky, United States. He later graduated cum laude from Arizona State University in Tempe, Maricopa County, Arizona, USA with a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies.

He was arrested and booked into the Cobb County Jail in Marietta, Georgia and charged with enticing a child and obscene internet contact with a child.
13. He was 45 years old when he made his first court appearance on August 16, 2023. He was given a $20,000 bond.
