The Miss Danmark 2023 coronation ceremony will be held at the Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen, Denmark on August 27, 2023. It is the 59th edition of the national pageant that selects Denmark’s Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, Miss Supranational and Miss Grand International candidates.
Næstved’s Malou Posborg Peters was crowned Miss Danmark 2022 at Shiny Star in Valby, Copenhagen. The respective first, second, third and fourth runners-up were Kalunborg’s Maja Bach, Albertslund’s Zaara Naaz, Frederiksværk’s Victoria Arvin Lautrup and Greve’s Cecilia Matine Larsen.
Currently, Denmark has eight Miss Universe placements, 16 Miss World placements, seven Miss International placements, one Miss Supranational placements and one Miss Grand International placement. The most recent ones were the Top 40 finish of Natasja Kunde at Miss World 2019 and the Top 20 finish of Victoria Kjaer Theilvig at Miss Grand International 2022.
