1. In 2016, he worked at the Esporta Fitness location at Chenal Parkway in Little Rock but transferred to a location in Florida where he was later fired.
2. On May 16, 2022, he was terminated from his job at a call center in Las Vegas.
3. At 10:26 p.m. on June 2, 2022, he showed up at the call center in Las Vegas where he used to work. He allegedly made racial slurs at a manager, threatened to sexually assault another manager, circled the parking lot doing donuts in his car and sent threatening texts to employees.

On July 9, 2022, he was stabbed after allegedly randomly trying to run over a group of black people walking on the sidewalk near the Marriot Grand Chateaux in Las Vegas and telling them he wanted to kill them. He was taken to the University Medical Center’s trauma center in Las Vegas where he was treated for his injuries 
5. On July 29, 2022, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department arrested him. He denied using any racial slurs and said he was having a bad day. On July 30, 2022, he was released on bail.
6. In September 2022, he checked out as a guest at an Extended Stay of America hotel in Las Vegas and left behind a severed goat head in the freezer along with an extensive collection of knives.
7. On January 25, 2023, he started calling the Esporta Fitness location at Chenal Parkway in Little Rock, threatening to kill all black people at the facility.
8. On February 2, 2023, he called a hotel in Las Vegas, threatened to kill its employees and used racial slurs.

10. On February 22, 2023, the Federal Bureau of Investigation division in Arkansas informed the LVMPD about the crime he allegedly committed on February 8, 2023. On February 23, 2023, he was arrested and charged with two gross misdemeanor counts of hate crimes and two felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon motivated by bias or hatred toward the victims.
11. On March 21, 2023, the U.S. Marshal Service took him into custody.
12. On March 23, 2023, he was arraigned in federal court in Little Rock on a federal charge of transmission of a threat to injure.
