Luke Rockwell is an American man from Melbourne, Florida, United States. He worked in Bangkok, Thailand as an English teacher.

Rockwell is an alumnus of he attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. He earned his Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from Chichester College in Chichester, West Sussex, England.

On TikTok, Rockwell had more than 2 million followers. In some videos he uploaded in 2021, he described the Philippines as one of the most racist countries in the world.

In February 2023, Rockwell allegedly started communicating with a girl, then 16, in Bangkok via Instagram. She was adopted when she was 3 and was not fluent.

In March 2023, Rockwell and the girl allegedly met at a shopping mall and had sex at his luxury apartment in Bangkok. After that, they allegedly continued to have communication and sex.

In August 2023, the girl suffered from abdominal pains caused by chlamydia and gonorrhea. She told her mother that she had sex with Rockwell on multiple occasions.
