Christian Paul Castillo, 53, of Dallas, Texas, United States previously lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. Aside from Dallas, he has lived in other parts of Texas including Duncanville, Frisco and Grand Prairie.
Castillo is accused of soliciting a minor online. Details of the alleged crime have yet to be released.
On September 8, 2023, a joint operation targeting crimes against children was executed in Rains County, Texas. The Rains County Sheriff’s Office was involved in the operation along with the Rains County Criminal Investigations Division (CID), the Rains County Patrol, the Caddo Mills Police Department, the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) and the respective officers of Texas’s inspector general Sylvia Hernandez Kauffman and Texas’s attorney general Angela Colmenero.
As a result of the operation, Castillo was arrested and charged with online solicitation of a minor. He has been released after posting $300,000 bail.
Also charged with online solicitation of a minor was Pedro Enrique Flores-Vasquez, 48, a clerk at Hyde Park Market in Austin, Travis County, Texas. On August 11, 2023, he was arrested as a result of a joint operation by the Texas DPS and the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
Flores-Vasquez was also charged with sale of alcohol to a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was booked into the Travis County Jail in Austin and his bail was set at $34,000.
