Jessica Kramer, 42, of Buckeye, Maricopa County, Arizona, United States is a former high school teacher. She previously lived in Fort Riley in Kansas, USA.
Aside from Buckeye, Kramer has lived in other parts of Arizona including Phoenix. She has lived in different parts of Washington, USA including Tacoma and the Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and Illinois, USA including Moline and Rock Falls.
Kramer worked as a high school teacher at The Odyssey Institute for Advanced and International Studies (OIAIS) in Buckeye. She is accused of having a relationship with a male student, then 17, while employed there.
In August 2022, Kramer allegedly started abusing the student. In October 2022, she left the OIAIS.
On April 18, 2023, OIAIS staff members reported to the Buckeye Police Department the information they received about a possible inappropriate relationship between Kramer and the student. Evidence was turned over to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office after the investigation was completed.
On September 11, 2023, Kramer was arrested by Buckeye Police Department officers at her residence in Buckeye. She was indicted on multiple counts of sexual conduct with a minor and booked into the Maricopa County Jail in Phoenix.
