Camilo Hurtado Campos is a longtime soccer coach based in Glass Lane, Franklin, Williamson County, Tennessee, United States. He lived in Hills Estates, Franklin before moving to Glass Lane.
Campos was never registered as coach with the Tennessee State Soccer Association (TSSA). He is accused of recording himself raping unconscious boys between the ages of 9 and 17 over the course of two decades.
Most of Campos’s alleged victims are Hispanic. He allegedly targeted school playgrounds in Franklin, recruited children to play on his soccer team, groomed the victims and invited them to his residence in Franklin where he drugged and abused them.

- In 2003, he moved to Williamson County.
- In 2005, he was charged with public intoxication in Williamson County.
- In 2006, he was charged with driving without a license in Williamson County.

- In 2020, he allegedly sexually assaulted a boy, then 9. He allegedly sexually abused the same boy again in 2021.
- On the evening of June 22, 2023, he left behind his phone at Marco’s Pizza in Franklin. An employee Joshua Larue opened the phone to try to determine its owner, saw photos of an adult male engaged in sexual activity with juveniles and called police. On June 23, 2023, he showed up at the pizza shop looking for his phone. Later that day, he was arrested and booked into the Metro-Davidson County Detention Facility in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee on $525,000 bond.
- On July 10, 2023, five individuals came forward as his victims. On the same day, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) issued an immigration detainer for him.
- He entered the U.S. illegally as a Mexican citizen on an unknown date and location, the Franklin Police Department said on July 12, 2023.
- On July 25, 2023, he appeared in court before Judge Denise Andre for a preliminary hearing on three charges including sexual exploitation of a minor and rape of a child.
- He was 63 years old when the Franklin Police Department announced on September 12, 2023 that at least 14 boys he allegedly abused have been identified. He is being held on a $2 million bond.
