Susanna Sloane Payne Gibson, 40, was born and raised in Virginia, United States. She had 5,770 followers on Chaturbate where she and her husband John David Gibson, 42, streamed sex acts.

On Chaturbate, Susanna solicited tips for performing specific acts, which is against the platform’s terms and conditions. In one video, she responded to a viewer’s request for John to perform a certain act on her.
“I need, like, more tokens before I let him do that,” Susanna said. “One token, no. More. Raising money for a good cause.”
“I’ll let you f–k me in the a– doggy style in a private room if someone wants to pay- that’s the deal,” Susanna told John in another Chaturbate video. At another point, she told her viewers, “Y’all can watch me pee if you tip me and some tokens. Again, I’m raising money for a good cause.”
The Chaturbate videos were leaked while Susanna was running in the general election for Virginia House of Delegates District 57. She is a lifelong Democrat.
“It won’t intimidate me and it won’t silence me,” Susanna told The Washington Post on September 11, 2023 in response to the exposure of the Chaturbate videos featuring her and John. “My political opponents and their Republican allies have proven they’re willing to commit a sex crime to attack me and my family because there’s no line they won’t cross to silence women when they speak up.”
On June 20, 2023, Susanna defeated Bob Shippee in the Democratic primary election for Virginia House of Delegates District 57. On September 11, 2023, she announced that she will not drop out as the Democratic candidate running in the general election for Virginia House of Delegates District 57 on November 7, 2023 against Republican candidate David Owen.
