Jeffrey Leroy Paden, 57, of Frewsburg, Carroll, Chautauqua County, New York, United States is a registered sex offender. He is 5’10” tall and his registered weight is 185 pounds.
Aside from Frewsburg, he has lived in other parts of New York including Kennedy and Jamestown. On September 20, 2007, authorities raided his residence in Frewsburg and found more than 600 images of child pornography which were obtained over the internet and stored on his personal computer.
On June 5, 2015, Paden pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography before U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford in Buffalo, Erie County, New York. On January 13, 2016, he was convicted of possession of child pornography.
Wolford sentenced Paden to 57 months in prison. He was ordered to register as a sex offender upon release.
On September 12, 2023, Federal Bureau of Investigation agents executed a search warrant on Paden’s 12 electronic devices and recovered multiple images of child pornography. The devices were seized earlier in an investigation by the New York State Police.
Paden was arrested and charged with receipt and possession of child pornography. If found guilty, he faces 15 years in prison and a maximum of 40 years.
