Caroline Elizabeth Dixon is an American beauty queen who attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, United States. She was born in Homosassa, Citrus County, Florida to Chuck Dixon and Phyllis Dixon.
In 2011, Caroline competed for the title of Miss Citrus County, which marked her beauty pageant debut. She competed in Miss Florida USA thrice.
In 2013, 45th Florida governor Rick Scott presented Caroline with a proclamation making October 2013 Bullying Awareness Month for Florida. In the same year, she won Junior Miss American Beauty 2013.
