Lucas K. Richard is an American man born in Louisiana, United States to Roger Richard and Maxine Brumbaugh. Lucas is 5’9″ tall.

Lucas and his wife Lois Ann Richard served as missionaries in Liberia. They co-founded The Indigenous Mission (TIM, Inc.) with Alfred Varney and Musu Varney.

TIM, Inc. runs a primary school called Grace Christian Academy in Tahn, Grand Cape Mount, Liberia. Cynthia Lloyd‘s daughter Jessica Lloyd attended the school.

That day, he used a blunt object to hit her head and a knife to slash her throat in Palm Farm Community,  Dixville, Greater Monrovia District, Montserrado County, Liberia, according to her and witness Ernest Philip. She survived and was hospitalized.
13. He was 32 when he was charged on September 19, 2023 with criminal attempt to commit murder and aggravated assault.
