Juliana Morehouse Locklear is an American beauty queen from Portland, Maine, United States. She grew up in North Carolina, USA.
Locklear is married to Taylor Reed Locklear. They were engaged on the steps of St. Philips Church in Charleston, South Carolina, USA.
On February 11, 1994, Juliana’s mother Lynn Jenkins Morehouse represented North Carolina at Miss USA 1994. Lynn was second runner-up to Lu Parker of South Carolina, USA.
