Jazmin Viktoria Elizabeth Jakubovish was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary. In 2018, she gave up her dream of joining a swimming team in the city, signed with a modeling agency and started modeling professionally.
On November 6, 2021, Jakubovish competed against 13 other Miss Universe Hungary 2021 candidates at GIGI’S Budapest in Budapest and won the title. On June 9, 2023, she turned 22.
On September 29, 2023, Jakubovish crowned her successor Tunde Blaga at the Aurea Ana Palace Hotel in Budapest. The latter will represent Hungary at Miss Universe 2023.

Hungary was represented in Miss Universe by the winner of A Királynő from 1992 to 2008 and A Szépségkirályno from 2009 to 2013. Miss Universe Hungary started in 2014 and was not held in 2017, 2019, 2020 and 2022.
Currently, Hungary has four Miss Universe placements. Representing the European country in the international beauty pageant, Adrienn Bende finished in the Top 20 in 2006, Jázmin Dammak finished in the Top 15 in 2008, Ágnes Konkoly finished in the Top 10 in 2012 and Enikő Kecskès finished in the Top 20 in 2018.
