Monni Kwamboka Nyaribo is a Kenyan-American beauty queen from North Dakota, United States. She is the first ever African woman to win Miss North Dakota USA.
Nyaribo was born in Champlain, Minnesota, USA to Kenyan parents Dr. Obed Nyaribo and Joyce Kombo. When Monni was in middle school, her interest in beauty pageants started, her father told Mshale.
A first-generation Kenyan-American, Monni is advocating for the state of North Dakota to pass the Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair (CROWN) Act, which would prohibit race-based hair discrimination. Here are 13 more things about her:

- From June 2022 to August 2022, she was a marketing intern at Checkable Health in Fargo.
- In February 2023, she joined Folkways in Fargo as a content creation intern.
- On June 11, 2023, she represented Badlands at Miss North Dakota USA 2023 and competed against 14 other candidates at the Watertown Events Center in Watertown, South Dakota, USA. She won the title.
- She was 27 years old when she represented North Dakota at Miss USA 2023 on September 29, 2023 and competed against 50 other candidates at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, USA. She was unplaced.
