Lindsay Shirley Shiver is an American woman from Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia, United States. She is Andy Shirley and Cecilia D. Shirley‘s daughter.
Before moving to Thomasville, Shiver lived in Dothan, Houston County, Alabama, USA and Tallahassee, Leon County, Florida, USA. She attended Houston Academy in Dothan, Troy University in Troy, Pike County, Alabama and Auburn University in Auburn, Lee County, Alabama.
Shiver is 1 year younger than her husband Robert Grayson Shiver. They have three sons together and they have a house in the Bahamas.
On June 13, 2005, as Miss Houston County 2005, Lindsay was one of Houston County queens presented before then Houston County chairman Mark S. Culver during a Houston County Commission meeting. On October 10, 2005, Culver wished her and Little Miss Houston County 2005 Taylor Shae Skipper the best of luck in the Miss National Peanut Festival 2005 pageant.

- On April 5, 2023, Robert filed for divorce upon finding out about her affair with Terrance Adrian Bethel, then 28, an employee at Grabbers Bar and Grill in Great Guana Cay, Abaco. On April 6, 2023, she also filed for divorce and stated in her filing that she incurred debt beyond her means to pay and asked that Robert be made to pay.
- On July 16, 2023, police were called after a dispute between her and Robert at their residence in Thomasville. She claimed he pushed her as they were packing to head to the Bahamas with their children, which he denied, and the officers left without making an arrest. On July 20, 2023, Bahamian police searched Grabbers Bar and Grill employees’ phones after a burglary and found in Bethel’s WhatsApp chats a plot crafted by her, Bethel and Faron Newbold Jr., then 29, of Abaco to kill Robert. On July 21, 2023, she, Bethel and Newbold were arrested in Abaco and booked into the Fox Hill Prison in Nassau, New Providence, Bahamas. On July 28, 2023, she, Bethel and Newbold appeared before Acting Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley in Nassau.
- On August 1, 2023, Robert helped her, Bethel and Newbold get emergency bail. On August 9, 2023, Bahamian Supreme Court justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson granted her bail of $100,000.
- She was 36 years old when she, Terrance and Newbold briefly appeared before a magistrate court in the Bahamas on October 5, 2023. Represented by Owen Wells, she will be back in court on November 6, 2023.
