Tony Allen McKinnie, 39, of Farmerville, Union Parish, Louisiana, United States is accused of exchanging naked pictures with a juvenile on multiple occasions. Details about how the photos were exchanged were not revealed.
Aside from Farmerville, McKinnie has lived in other parts of Louisiana including Marion and Sterlington. A warrant was issued for his arrest and he was located in Oklahoma, USA where the U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested him on August 25, 2023.
Why McKinnie was in Oklahoma is unclear. He was extradited to Louisiana and booked into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Jail in Plain Dealing, Bossier Parish, Louisiana.
Bond for McKinnie was set at $300,000. He was charged with three counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile.
McKinnie is 6’1″ tall and his registered weight is 250 pounds. His mugshot has yet to be released.
