  4. In April 2021, the girl he allegedly abused in December 2019 reported him to police in Everett, claiming he sexually assaulted her multiple times on field trips and at his residence in Seattle.
  5. In June 2021, his former wife filed a domestic violence protection order against him. She claimed that “has a very long history of erratic and abusive behavior” over the years they were married.
  6. In August 2021, he was charged with third-degree rape of a child. 
  7. In October 2021, prosecutors filed a sexual assault protection order for him.
  8. In March 2022, he was released from custody on personal recognizance on the rape charges.
  9. On September 29, 2023, he allegedly killed his girlfriend in their residence in Phinney Ridge, Seattle and took videos while she was unconscious on the floor, narrated the videos, made sexual comments and remarked that she fell 100 times. He told Seattle Police Department officers she had been drinking and rolled off his bed, hitting her eye on a cinder block the evening before he found her dead but later claimed she had been kidnapped and raped by men in Shoreline, King County.
  10. On the morning of October 11, 2023, he was booked into the King County Jail in Seattle on charges of second-degree murder.
  11. He was 42 years old when he was arrested on October 11, 2023. That day, he refused to appear at his court hearing where a judge set bail at $3 million.
  12. On October 12, 2023, he was charged with third-degree child molestation. 
  13. On October 18, 2023, he will be sentenced on the rape charges.
