Misael Dominguez-Adorno, 24, of Beloit, Rock County, Wisconsin, United States has been arrested. The Federal Bureau of Investigation‘s field office in Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin is seeking to identify his potential victims.
In October 2020, Dominguez-Adorno allegedly used two minors to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of the conduct. In March 2022, he allegedly committed the same crime.
The FBI and the Beloit Police Department investigated the alleged crimes along with the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation. On October 10, 2023, a federal grand jury sitting in Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin returned an indictment charging Dominguez-Adorno with two counts of using minors to produce child pornography.
On October 11, 2023, Dominguez-Adorno was arrested in Beloit. If convicted, he faces a minimum 15 years and a maximum 30 years in federal prison for each charge.
Beloit was incorporated as a village on February 24, 1846 and as a city on March 31, 1856. Its founder Caleb Blodgett named it New Albany in 1837 then changed it to Beloit in 1838.
