Djimon Boggs, 24, of Phoenix, Maricopa County, Arizona, United States is an alumnus of Tonopah Valley High School in Tonopah, Maricopa County. He previously lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA.

On September 15, 2023, Boggs allegedly walked through a residence’s open garage door in the area of S. Gary Drive and E. 8th Street in Tempe. He allegedly approached a woman in the house while she was sleeping then ran out after he was startled by her roommate.

Many residents in the area are students of Arizona State University in Phoenix.

At around 3:41 a.m. on October 6, 2023, Boggs allegedly assaulted another victim in the same area. He allegedly got away before police arrived.

At around 5:52 a.m. on October 12, 2023, Boggs allegedly entered a residence in the same area through an unlocked door. He allegedly tried to sexually assault a sleeping resident then ran away after being startled by a roommate.

On October 14, 2023, the Tempe Police Department and the U.S. Marshals arrested Boggs in Tempe. He is facing several charges including sexual assault and aggravated assault and his cash-only bond was set at $1 million.
