Lindy Sue Little Biechler was an American woman from Manor Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, United States. David Vincent Sinopoli of East Hempfield Township, Lancaster County was 68 years old when he was arrested on July 17, 2022 in connection with her murder. 

On October 19, 2023, Sinopoli pleaded guilty to third-degree murder and other offenses connected to Biechler’s death. Here are 10 more things about her:

Shortly after entering the apartment, she was sexually assaulted and fatally stabbed 19 times in the neck, chest, upper abdomen and back in the apartment while her husband Philip was at work. At around 8:46 p.m., her aunt and uncle found her lying on her back in a pool of blood with a knife sticking out of her neck. The killer is unknown. She was 19.
