Michael Blackburn, 26, of Youngsville, Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, United States has been arrested. He is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a minor.
On August 10, 2023, Blackburn allegedly went to a nightclub to meet a juvenile. From the nightclub, they allegedly went to a hotel.
Blackburn allegedly paid to have sex with the juvenile at the hotel. On October 20, 2023, he was arrested, the police department of Lafayette, Lafayette Parish announced.
Details about Blackburn’s arrest were not released. He was charged with trafficking of children for sex.
Currently, Blackburn’s bond is set at $50,000, according to the Lafayette Police Department. He has yet to post bond.
