Pedro Manuel Argote was an American man from Hagerstown, Washington County, Maryland, United States. He lived in different parts of New York, USA including Great Neck and Brooklyn and in different parts of Florida, USA including Doral and Port St. Lucie.
Argote is 5 years older than his former wife Eugenia Argote. They have four children together and they ran a food truck, which shut down during the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in 2020.
Moreover, Pedro ran a digital advertising business with Eugenia until they experienced financial challenges during their divorce. Pedro was 3 years younger than U.S. Circuit Judge Andrew F. Wilkinson, who presided over the divorce hearings of the couple.

Wilkinson awarded full custody of their four children to her with no rights to visitation or contact for him and ordered him to pay her $1,120 a month for their four children. At around 8:00 p.m., he allegedly fatally shot Wilkinson outside Wilkinson’s home in Hagerstown.
- At around 11:00 a.m. on October 26, 2023, he was found dead during a search in Williamsport, Washington County, Maryland. He was 49.
