Luciana Fuster Guzmán, 24, of Callao, Peru is Miss Grand International 2023. She was crowned in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Born in Callao, Fuster is a television personality and a model. She attended the Almirante Guise Naval Lyceum School in San Borja, Lima, Peru.
On June 22, 2023, Fuster represented Callao at Miss Grand Peru 2023 and competed against 10 other candidates at the América Televisión Studio in Lima. She won the title.
Miss Grand International 2023 is the 11th edition of the international beauty pageant founded by Nawat Itsaragrisil. It was the second time Vietnam hosted the competition.
Hosted by Matthew Deane, the Miss Grand International 2023 coronation ceremony was held at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on October 25, 2023. Including Fuster, 69 women competed for the title.
Runner-up to Fuster was Ni Ni Lin Eain, 22, of Myanmar, The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Maria Alejandra Lopez, 29, Colombia, Sthephanie Miranda, 29, of the United States and Lê Hoàng Phương, 27, of Vietnam.
Eugenia das Neves, 24, of Angola; Skarxi Marte, 21, of the Dominican Republic, Ritassya Wellgreat, 22, of Indonesia, Melissa Bottema, 23, of the Netherlands and Thaweeporn Phingchamrat, 27, of Thailand finished in the Top 10. They were all named the fifth runners-up.
Fuster will crown Miss Grand International 2024 in Myanmar. The country hosted the competition for the first time in 2018.
