Bryan Luciano Palacio, 21, of Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States is 5’9″ tall. He weighs around 140 pounds.
On December 17, 2022, Palacio was arrested in Miami-Dade County. He was charged with possession of cannabis more than 20 grams and identity theft.
On July 8, 2023, Palacio allegedly drove a stolen car and did donuts at the intersection of Northwest 20th Street and 30th Avenue in Miami, Miami-Dade County. He was arrested and booked on multiple charges, including grand theft and reckless driving.
On October 21, 2023, Palacio was sitting in the front seat of a dark gray Corvette parked along Northwest 27th Avenue and 36th Street in Miami. The car had a tag cover obscuring its tag.
At the time, Palacio was allegedly facilitating an illegal street takeover that was occurring with other vehicles spinning and drifting at the intersection. When a female Miami Police Department officer tried to initiate a traffic stop on the Corvette, Palacio placed the sports car in reverse.
The Corvette struck the patrol vehicle of the officer while she was still inside. Because of the collision, the front bumper of the officer’s car had minor damage.
Palacio then fled from the scene. Two officers pursued him onto the eastbound lanes of State Road 112 in Miami but lost sight of him.
Later, officers found an Instagram post showing the Corvette spinning and drifting at the intersection of Northwest Second Avenue and 67th Street in Miami. In the video, the car’s tag was visible so the officers were able to confirm that it was registered to Palacio.
On October 24, 2023, Palacio was arrested on charges of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, fleeing and eluding police, driving with a suspended license, obstructing a highway and criminal mischief. He invoked his right not to speak with detectives without an attorney present.
Bond for Palacio was set at $24,500. He was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami.
