Mudon, Myanmar’s Ni Ni Lin Eain is runner-up to Miss Grand International 2023 Luciana Fuster

Representing Myanmar, Ni Ni Lin Eain, 23, almost won Miss Grand International 2023. She was runner-up to Luciana Fuster Guzmán, 24, of Callao, Peru.

Originally from Mudon, Myanmar, Eain speaks Burmese and English. She is an actor and a model and she is 5’7″ tall.

Eain was supposed to compete against 15 other Miss Universe Myanmar 2022 candidates on October 1, 2022 but she withdrew from the competition prior to the coronation night. On November 23, 2022, she was officially appointed Miss Grand Myanmar 2023.

Miss Grand International 2023 is the 11th edition of the international beauty pageant founded by Nawat Itsaragrisil. It was the second time Vietnam hosted the competition.

Hosted by Matthew Deane, the Miss Grand International 2023 coronation ceremony was held at the Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on October 25, 2023. Including Eain and Fuster, 69 women competed for the title.

The respective second, third and fourth runners-up were Maria Alejandra Lopez, 29, Colombia, Sthephanie Miranda, 29, of the United States and Lê Hoàng Phương, 27, of Vietnam. Eugenia das Neves, 24, of Angola; Skarxi Marte, 21, of the Dominican Republic, Ritassya Wellgreat, 22, of Indonesia, Melissa Bottema, 23, of the Netherlands and Thaweeporn Phingchamrat, 27, of Thailand were the fifth runners-up.

Miss Grand International 2024 will be held in Myanmar. The Asian country hosted the competition for the first time in 2018.
