Ketrick Freeman, 27, of Pompano Beach, Broward County, Florida, United States is a soldier in the U.S. Army National Guard. He is affiliated with the Florida Democratic Party.
Aside from Pompano Beach, Freeman has lived in other parts of Florida including North Lauderdale. He is registered to vote in Broward County.
While on active duty and stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado, USA, Freeman allegedly sexually abused a girl. He allegedly livestreamed the crime on the video chat app BamBam.
On October 17, 2023, Bam Bam informed the South Florida Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force about the livestream. On October 25, 2023, Broward County Sheriff’s Office deputies served a search warrant at Freeman’s residence in Pompano Beach.
The deputies found dozens of files on Freeman’s iPhone largely depicting young girls being raped or otherwise sexually abused. Some of the girls were as young as 5.
Freeman was arrested on 11 child pornography charges. He is expected to face more charges.
Bond for Freeman was set at $110,000. He was booked into the main jail of the Broward County Sheriff’s Office in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County.
