Robert William is a registered sex offender and a resident of Madison, Somerset County, Maine. He previously lived in Fairfield, Somerset County and West Milford, Passaic County, New Jersey, USA.
Between October 21, 2015 and January 26, 2015, Robert William allegedly possessed and disseminated child pornography. The children involved were under the age of 12.
While based in Fairfield, Robert William was arrested on a warrant from the Maine State Police on September 9, 2016. Police officers seized his computer, which contained child pornography.
Robert William was charged with two counts of possession of sexually explicit materials and two counts of dissemination of sexually explicit material. On September 12, 2016, he made his initial court appearance and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Robert R. Card II
Robert R. is a certified firearms instructor and a resident of Bowdoin, Sagadahoc County, Maine. He is in the U.S. Army Reserve stationed out of Saco, York County, Maine.
On July 16, 2023, Robert R. was committed to Keller Army Community Hospital at the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, New York, USA for medical evaluation. While training at the academy, he reported hearing voices and threatened to carry out a shooting at at the National Guard Base in Saco.
After two weeks, Robert R. was released. At around 6:56 p.m. on October 25, 2023, he allegedly used a high-powered assault-style rifle to open fire at the Just-In-Time Recreation bowling alley and Schemengees Bar & Grille Restaurant in Lewiston, Androscoggin County, Maine, killing at least 18 people and injuring least 13 people.
At 11:20 p.m., Robert R.’s white 2013 Subaru Outback was found in Lisbon, Androscoggin County but he was not inside. He is still at large.
