Jahim Solomon of Chicopee, Hampden County, Massachusetts, United States and Eric White of Pittsfield, Berkshire County, Massachusetts have died. They were both 21.
On October 15, 2023, Solomon and White were reported missing to both the Stowe Police Department and the Vermont State Police. The two men were traveling together and they went to different parts of Vermont, USA including Burlington, Lowell, Morrisville and Stowe.
On October 21, 2023, investigators searched the area around Lowell and Albany, Orleans County, Vermont. The search and rescue teams of Vermont State Police and the New England K-9 participated in the search.
On October 25, 2023, Solomon and White’s bodies were discovered in a wooded area off the Albany-Eden Road in Eden, Lamoille County, Vermont. The bodies were taken to the Vermont Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Burlington for autopsies.
On October 26, 2023, the autopsies were completed and Solomon and White’s identities were confirmed. Both of their deaths were ruled homicides.
Solomon died of multiple gunshot wounds to the head while White died of a single gunshot wound to the head. Authorities have yet to identify a suspect.
