Fans for Jason Momoa, 44, and Nicki Minaj, 40, have several things to celebrate before the year-end vacation. These include “Pink Friday 2” and “Aquaman 2“, which will be released before 2024.
Born in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, Minaj is of Afro-Trinidadian and Indo-Trinidadian descent. She released her debut studio album “Pink Friday” after she signed a recording contract with Young Money Entertainment in 2009.
Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, United States, Momoa is of Native Hawaiian, German, Irish and Pawnee descent. He has portrayed Arthur Curry, also known as Aquaman, since 2016.
‘Pink Friday 2‘
On November 22, 2010, Young Money, Cash Money and Universal Motown released “Pink Friday“. The standard edition has 13 songs including “Fly” featuring Rihanna, “Moment 4 Life” featuring Drake, “Blazin” featuring Kanye West and “Roman’s Revenge” featuring Eminem.
On December 12, 2022, Young Money Entertainment and Republic Records released Minaj’s song “Super Freaky Girl“. It is the lead single of her fifth studio album “Pink Friday 2“, which will be released on her 41st birthday on December 8, 2023.
‘Aquaman 2‘
On December 21, 2018, Warnes Bros. Pictures released “Aquaman” starring Momoa as the title character, Nicole Kidman as Atlanna, Patrick Wilson as King Orm, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as David Kane / Black Manta and Amber Heard as Mera.
The five actors reprised their respective characters in “Aquaman 2“. Also known as “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom“, the sequel will be released on December 22, 2023.
“Aquaman 2” was written by David Leslie Johnson and directed by James Wan. Also in the cast are Vincent Regan as Atlan, Dolph Lundgren as Nereus, Temuera Morrison as Tom Curry and Randall Park as Dr. Stephen Shin.
