Anthony Lee Rowell, 19, of DeLand, Volusia County, Florida, United States is accused of possessing child pornography. He was arrested twice within one month.
On October 16, 2023, Rowell was arrested. He was charged with 30 counts of possessing child pornography.
After posting bail, Rowell was released. However, the Florida State Attorney’s Office argued that he was a danger to the community and a judge agreed.
On October 25, 2023, Rowell was arrested again. He was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach, Volusia County.
A judge revoked bond for Rowell. As the DeLand resident awaits trial, he will remain in jail.
On October 27, 2023, a motion regarding pre-trial detention was filed. On November 1, 2023, a motion to amend it was filed.
