Celeste Viel Caballero is a Chilean holistic health coach, model and beauty queen from Santiago, Chile. She was born in the United States to Felipe Viel and Paula Maite Caballero Fernández.

Paula is a model who won Miss Chile 1992. On December 12, 1992, she represented Chile at Miss World 1992, competed against 82 other candidates in Sun City, South Africa and was unplaced.

Felipe is an actor. He met Paula when she crowned her successor at the Miss Chile 1993 coronation ceremony.
