Sheynnis Alondra Cornejo Palacios is a Nicaraguan television host, model and beauty queen. She represented Nicaragua in Miss World and Miss Universe.

Palacios is the first ever Miss Universe from Nicaragua. She is 5’11” tall and she speaks Spanish, Portuguese and English.

Born in Managua, Nicaragua, Palacios has one younger brother. She is Raquel Cornejo‘s daughter and Silvia Cornejo‘s granddaughter.

1. On July 3, 2016, she competed against 15 other Miss Teen Nicaragua 2016 candidates at Teatro Nacional Rubén Dario in Managua and won the title.
2. On April 25, 2017, she represented Nicaragua at Miss Teen Universe 2017 and competed against 25 other candidates at Teatro Nacional Rubén Dario in Managua. She finished in the Top 10.
3. On July 1, 2017, she crowned her successor Miss Teen Nicaragua 2017 Idania Flores at Teatro Nacional Rubén Dario in Managua.
4. On February 15, 2020, she represented Managua at Miss Mundo Nicaragua 2020 at the Holiday Inn and Convention Center in Managua and won the title.
5. In March 2021, she was in Granada, Nicaragua. In July 2021, she visited Tola, Riva, Nicaragua and Esteli, Nicaragua.
6. On May 22, 2021, she crowned her successor Miss Mundo Nicaragua 2021 Mariela Cerros in Managua.

8. In December 2021, she represented Nicaragua at Miss World 2021, competed against 96 other candidates in San Juan, Puerto Rico and was selected as one of the 40 quarterfinalists. She was supposed to represent Nicaragua at Reinado Internacional del Café 2022 on January 8, 2022 in Marizales, Caldas, Colombia but she had to withdraw from the competition after testing positive for the new coronavirus (COVID-19).
9. On March 16, 2022, she competed against 39 other quarterfinalists during the Miss World 2021 coronation night at the Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan. She did not make it to the Top 13.
10. In May 2022, she graduated from the Universidad Centroamericana in Managua with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication. She was a member of the university’s varsity volleyball team. On July 2, 2022, she attended the coronation of Miss Mundo Nicaragua 2022 Daniela De Smet Contreras at the Holiday Inn and Convention Center in Managua.
11. In February 2023, she joined the Canal 11 Nicaragua show “Al Dia” as a host.
12. On August 5, 2023, she represented Diriamba at Miss Nicaragua 2023, competed against nine other finalists at Crowne Plaza Managua in Managua and won the title.
13. She was 23 years old when she represented Nicaragua at Miss Universe 2023 on November 18, 2023 and competed against 83 other candidates at the José Adolfo Pineda Arena in San Salvador, El Salvador. She won the title.
