Stephen Francis Hovanic is an American man from Sharpsburg, Coweta County, Georgia, United States. His wife Ana Olmos is from Zacatecas, Mexico.
Born in Tokyo, Japan, Hovanic grew up in the military family setting. He is an honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran.
Hovanic earned his school administrator licensure from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. He also holds a superintendent’s license in Virginia and Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), which is formerly called the Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS).
