A child solicitation sting was conducted in Greenwood, Johnson County, Indiana, United States from November 28-30, 2023. Multiple law enforcement agencies were involved.
On November 30, 2023, five men were arrested on East Countyline Road in Greenwood where they thought they would meet a child aged 14 or 15. All of the suspects are Indiana residents.
The five arrestees were booked into the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Jail in Franklin. Here is the list:
- Brad T. Schwenzer, 45, of Bargersville, Johnson County, Indiana was arrested for child solicitation, a Level 4 felony.
- David R. Dickinson, 65, of Greenwood, Johnson County, Indiana was arrested for child solicitation, a Level 4 felony.
- Mark Robert Rouleau, 52, of Indianapolis, Marion County, Indianapolis was arrested for child solicitation, a Level 4 felony.
- Miguel Angel Flores Garcia, 27, of Indianapolis, Marion County, Indianapolis was arrested for child solicitation, a Level 4 felony.
- Naim IBN Salaam, 24, of Indianapolis, Marion County, Indianapolis was arrested for child solicitation, a Level 5 felony.
When the operation started on November 28, 2023, eight Indiana men and one West Virginia, USA resident was arrested. On November 29, 2023, seven Indiana residents were arrested.
Over several months, the U.S. Secret Service helped the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office orchestrate the sting operation. The police departments of Bargersville, Johnson County; Franklin, Johnson County and Greenfield, Hancock County, Indiana also participated.
