That night, she started flirting with Tommy, according to friends. At around 9:30 p.m., she was last seen falling together behind the fence with Michael near the pool in his family’s backyard. That was the last time she was seen alive.

Pieces of a broken six-iron Toney Penna golf club were found near her body. Police later found a matching golf club from the same set on the Skakel property.
