  12. In March 2023, he and his second wife were officially divorced. On July 9, 2023, he allegedly stalked her while he was out on bond. On July 21, 2023, he was arrested and charged with stalking.
  13. He was 55 years old when Judge Mark Hayes confirmed on December 2, 2023 that his trial will start in Dyer County on May 28, 2024.
